Well Rounded Teen Contest

The contest takes the form of a job Interview, the job's task is to sell projects to prospects.

The contest helps prepares teens for the world of work, by preparing them for job interviews, encourages them to set goals, take up activities, design community projects and services, therefore develop a well rounded nature. Finalist receive extra training, are highlighted in the media so that they can be examples to others, given summer jobs and prizes, such as laptops.

The contest is free for all teens but must be recommend by a youth group, school or company. Contestants apply online. Contestants selected from their application are interviewed suggestions made to them to improve their presentation of themselves or their project. In the summer vacation finalists are chosen and go through further training in business and personal development to help with their final interview with a Human Resource Manager and the chosen a project. click here to apply
